Shanghai Pudong Bank extends credit to HNA

Shanghai Pudong Development Bank signed an agreement to provide a loan to Hainan Airlines Group for the purchase of the first Boeing 787 in China. The first US$42 million was transferred to Hainan Airlines’ account. As of this January, HNA Group--the fourth biggest airline in China--has a total fleet of 125 aircraft for trunk routes, regional routes and business charter services.
