A GA aircraft landed on a mountain in Luoyang's Cijian Country at 8 pm on May 12th. According to the Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China, Luoyang Branch, the aircraft involved was one of their SR-20 training airplanes. The reporter was told: “Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS) is a unique system that can fully deploy a parachute in case of emergency to protect the safety of the crew. So it was forced landing, not a crash."
